Prashant Chamarty helps enterprise leaders turn AI from a set of pilots into an operating capability. His focus is the layer most programmes miss: ownership, workflows, decision rights, controls and the partner ecosystem around them.
With more than 20 years across enterprise software, cloud, data and AI—including 12 years inside systems integrators and current UK&I partner leadership at Alteryx—Prashant brings practitioner experience on how enterprises actually adopt this technology. His work spans strategic alliances, go-to-market for data and AI, and operating-model design: the structural questions that determine whether AI delivers value or generates demos.
Based in London, he writes and speaks on the gap between AI capability and real operating-model change. His thesis: enterprise AI fails at the operating model.
Speaking formats
Keynote

Executive seminar
Interactive sessions for enterprise leaders on operating-model design for AI: ownership, workflows, decision rights, controls and partner ecosystems.
Roundtable
Structured discussions on enterprise AI adoption challenges, governance that works, and how to close the gap between pilots and production.
Talks
The Last Mile of Enterprise AI: Why Good Pilots Fail in Production
Most enterprises succeed at proof-of-concept and fail at scale. The problem is not technical. It is structural. This talk explores what changes need to happen for AI to integrate into real operations: which roles own outputs, how workflows redesign to include models, where decision rights clarify authority versus escalation, and what controls measure quality and catch failure. No process consulting. No vendor pitch. Just the operating-model gap most programmes never close.
From Policy to Runtime: Governance After the Model Goes Live
Governance frameworks look good in decks. They fail in production. This talk examines what governance actually means when models run in real workflows with real consequences: who owns the output, who audits the logic, what happens when accuracy drifts, and how controls integrate into operations rather than sit as compliance theatre. For organisations that need AI governance to work, not just exist on paper.
Ecosystems as Infrastructure: How Partners Make or Break AI Adoption
Enterprises do not buy AI in isolation. They buy through ecosystems: systems integrators, cloud providers, consulting firms and data platforms. This talk explores how partner relationships determine adoption success, why vendor-direct strategies miss the mark, and what ecosystem-led go-to-market means in practice. For vendors and enterprises navigating the messy reality of how AI actually gets bought and deployed.
AI as a Complex Adaptive System: Feedback, Incentives and Emergent Failure
Treating AI as deterministic software is a category error. Probabilistic systems behave differently: they adapt, drift, and fail in ways that traditional controls do not catch. This talk examines what happens when enterprises run AI without understanding feedback loops, misaligned incentives, and emergent failure modes. For technical and business leaders who need to think systemically about AI in production, not just at deployment.
