Work with me

I help close the gap between AI capability and actual operating-model change.

Three audiences

Enterprise leaders

Problem

You have models, platforms and training. You do not have clarity on who owns AI outputs, which workflows must change, where decision rights clarify authority versus escalation, or what controls measure quality and catch failure. Pilots succeed. Scale fails. The gap is structural.

Offer

I help you think through what needs to change for AI to integrate into real operations: roles, workflows, decision rights, controls and how the partner ecosystem around them works in practice. This is not process consulting. It is strategic clarity on the operating-model questions that determine whether AI delivers value or generates demos.

Vendors and ecosystem leaders

Problem

Your product roadmap is solid. Your go-to-market is not. Enterprises do not buy AI in isolation—they buy through ecosystems: systems integrators, cloud providers, consulting firms and data platforms. You are selling direct when the deal closes through partners. You are positioning features when buyers evaluate operating-model fit.

Offer

I advise on public-safe alliance strategy and go-to-market framing: how to position partnerships, where to collaborate versus compete, and how to message to enterprises that buy on operating-model fit rather than feature lists. Bringing 12 years inside systems integrators and current UK&I partner leadership experience, I understand how these relationships actually work.

Universities, policy groups and event organisers

Problem

Policy, research and discussion on responsible AI often lack the practitioner perspective: how governance translates into operating models, accountability, procurement, partner ecosystems and controls in real organisations. The gap between policy intent and enterprise execution is wide.

Offer

I contribute a practitioner view on responsible AI adoption and UK-India technology cooperation. I speak at events, participate in panels and discussions, and provide input on how enterprises actually implement AI governance. I do not represent government, academic or standards-body positions—I bring the view from inside systems integrators and partner-led go-to-market.

Public-policy perspective

I contribute a practitioner perspective on responsible AI adoption: how policy translates into operating models, accountability, procurement, partner ecosystems and controls in real organisations. I am particularly interested in UK-India technology cooperation and the gap between policy intent and enterprise execution.

I do not hold government, academic or standards-body roles. My input comes from the practitioner side: systems integrators, partner ecosystems and how enterprises actually adopt AI.

What I do not do

If you need hands-on delivery, there are better fits.
